The NCHSAA Dual Team Playoff brackets for girls’ tennis were released Monday and both East Bladen and West Bladen received playoff berths.
The Lady Knights (6-7) received the No. 23 seed will travel to No. 10 North Johnston (10-6) Wednesday in the opening round of the Class 2A playoffs.
The Lady Eagles (4-7) are the No. 12 seed in the Class 1A playoffs and received a 1st round bye. East Bladen will travel to No. 5 seed Goldsboro Rosewood (5-7) Monday, Oct. 23rd in the 2nd round.
Other area teams receiving playoff berths in Class 1A are No. 4 East Columbus (5-4). Receiving Class 2A berths are No. 3 Fairmont (11-0), No. 9 Whiteville (10-5), No. 14 Clinton (10-4) and No. 22 South Columbus (7-4).
