The Elizabethtown Town Council will meet on Monday night at 7 p.m. at the town hall and will conduct a public hearing regarding a moratorium on video gaming machines.
Following the public hearing, the Town Council will decide whether or not to approve the moratorium on video gaming machines.
Following the public hearing, the Council will decide on the following action items:
*The Council will be asked to consider approving a resolution to change signatories at BB&T bank.
*The board will consider approving a resolution in support of the ABC Control System for the sale of liquor.
*Consider approving a proposal with ECS Southeast, LLP for the fire and rescue building project.
*Consider approving a partial release of an option to purchase.
*The Council is asked to consider approving a NC Statewide Emergency Management Mutual Aid and Assistance agreement.
*The board will be asked to consider Change Order No. 7 for the Airport Industrial Park Phase I project.
The board will also be presented the monthly financial report and tax releases. The board will also be asked to consider Budget Amendment No. 2019-06.
