The ongoing recovery efforts from Hurricane Florence will be the topic of a special meeting of the Bladen County Board of Commissioners this afternoon at 4 p.m. at the Powell-Melvin Agricultural Center located at 450 Smith Circle in Elizabethtown.
Topics to be discussed include: County activities; State activities; FEMA activities; Red Cross activities; US Small Business Administration; and the Kelly Water Dike and Drainage District.
The public is welcome to attend.
