BLADENBORO – Clinton scored 5 1st half goals enroute to a 7-0 victory over West Bladen in the Knight jayvees’ Southeastern Athletic Conference boys’ soccer opener.
Freshman Cristian Rodriguez Gonzalez sparked the Knight defense with 4 steals. Sophomores Michael Reyes Maldonado and Kevin Rojas Rojas, Shandell Gonzalez and John Randy Reyes-Garcia came up with 3 steals each.
Freshman Noah German was credited with 7 saves in goal for the Knights.
The Knight jayvees, now 2-4-1 overall, will travel to SAC-6 foe Midway Wednesday night.
