BLADENBORO – Torrean Cogdell scored 3 touchdowns Wednesday night to lead East Bladen to a 36-0 non-conference junior varsity football victory over West Bladen.

Cogdell intercepted a pass and dashed 20 yards for his 1st touchdown. He raced 40 yards and 30 yards for his other 2 touchdowns. Cogdell also ran for a 2-point conversion.

Zack Sholar threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Khalil McKoy for another Eagle touchdown, and Samaj McRae darted 15 yards for the final East touchdown. McRae also carried for a 2-point conversion. Braylon Cromartie ran for the other 2-point conversion.

The Eagles evened their record at 1-1 and will host Wilmington Ashley next Thursday. West Bladen, now 0-2, will travel to West Columbus next Thursday.
