HOBBTON- Freshman Hunter Elks ran for over 100 yards and scored 3 touchdowns to lead West Bladen to a 30-6 non-conference jayvee football victory over Hobbton on Thursday night.
Dawson Bryan rushed for 75 yards, a touchdown and a 2-point conversion. Bryan scored his touchdown 4 seconds before halftime to put the Knights ahead 8-6.
Freshman Ahmir Stepps gained 40 yards for the Knights and ran for a pair of 2-point conversions.
It was the first victory of the season for the Knight jayvees.
