WILMINGTON – White Lake native Lacey Suggs fired in 18 points Wednesday night as UNC-Wilmington defeated Mount Olive 75-67 in non-conference women’s basketball action.
Suggs pulled down 6 rebounds and was credited with a season-high 4 steals as the Lady Seahawks improved to 2-3 with the victory.
Saturday Suggs scored 7 points and grabbed 6 rebounds but the Lady Seahawks dropped a narrow 58-56 decision to Kennesaw State.
UNC-Wilmington will return to action on December 4th at Presbyterian in Clinton, SC.
