WHITEVILLE – Unbeaten Bladenboro rolled to a 31-13 lead and eventual 31-20 Waccamaw Middle School Conference ‘A’ Division boys’ basketball victory over Williams Township.

Ashton Davis sparked the Bulldogs to the early lead with a trio of baskets plus a free throw. Kendell Lesane and Sincere McKinley added baskets as Bladenboro went up 11-8. Kendell Lesane and Davis worked inside for 2 baskets each in the 2nd quarter, and Jaquan Lesane threw in a basket as the lead grew to 21-12.

Davis and Kendell Lesane tossed in 2 baskets each in the 3rd period, and Jaquan Lesane delivered another basket to stretch the margin to 31-13.

Davis racked up 15 points to lead the Bladenboro scoring, and Kendell Lesane followed with 10 points. Jaquan Lesane netted 4 points. J. Watts led the Aggies with 8 points.

Coach Joe Gore’s Bulldogs improved to 5-0 in ‘A’ Division play and 8-0 overall. Bladenboro will entertain Nakina Monday.
