CLARKTON – Salvador Gonzalez and Omar Powell banged in a pair of 2nd half goals that snapped a 1-1 tie and lifted Clarkton School of Discovery to a 3-1 Waccamaw Middle School Conference boys’ soccer victory over West Columbus Monday.
Gonzalez also scored a 1st half goal and finished with 2 goals in the game. Goalie Atreyu Ringer recorded 5 saves for the Blue Devils.
Coach Robert Mazur’s Blue Devils evened their record at 3-3 and will travel to Columbus Charter Tuesday.
