BLADENBORO – Adyson Carroll drilled in a pair of 2nd half goals to lead Bladenboro to a 3-0 Waccamaw Conference girls’ soccer victory over Tar Heel Wednesday.
After a scoreless 1st half, Carroll converted a feed from Kristen Singletary into the 1st Lady Bulldog goal. Hadley Dove banged in the 2nd Bladenboro goal off an assist from Maycee Kinlaw.
Carroll pushed the lead to 3-0 with her 2nd goal of the game. Addison Wilcox recorded her 2nd shutout of the season in goal for the Lady Bulldogs.
Bladenboro, now 2-0, will travel to Tabor City Tuesday. Tar Heel, now 1-1, will host West Columbus Monday.
