ELIZABETHTOWN – East Columbus outscored Elizabethtown 3-0 in the penalty kick shootout after the teams had battled to a 1-1 tie in regulation in Waccamaw Middle School Conference girls’ soccer action Monday.
Elizabethtown will travel to Whiteville Central Thursday.
