ELIZABETHTOWN – Whiteville Central bracketed intermission with a pair of goals and defeated Elizabethtown 4-0 Wednesday in Waccamaw Middle School Conference girls’ soccer action.
The Lady Hornets snapped a scoreless tie with a goal in the final minute of the 1st half then scored again early in the 2nd half. Central tacked on 2 more goals later in the game.
Elizabethtown, now 1-3, will host Tabor City Tuesday.
