Four County EMC outage map indicates 99.29% of their nearly 33,000 members are being served.  Sixty-four Bladen County members remain affected by the storm as of early Tuesday morning, plus 116 in Pender and 53 in Sampson.  It has been a huge undertaking.  The task is nearly complete and a hearty Thank You to Four County and Duke Energy employees and outside helpers.
