Bladen County Health and Human Services is proud to announce the launch of RecoveryBladen.org. The new website is devoted to helping our community to prevent, treat, and reduce harm from substance use.

RecoveryBladen.org provides a connection to services and resources for the people of Bladen County. The website shares information to help people affected by substance use improve their health and quality of life. According to Dr. Terri Duncan, “There is no demographic in Bladen County that has not been touched by substance use, impacting people of all ages, genders, orientations, ethnicities, and economic status.”

RecoveryBladen.org provides quick access for those in crisis, useful information about treatment, services and area resources including phone numbers, cost and availability. There are also free educational materials for families and individuals with downloadable Quick Tips that can be used to learn more about substance use and mental health issues. RecoveryBladen.org includes upcoming local events in addition to on-line screening tools and other materials.

If you or your loved one are struggling with substance use, there is hope.
