ELIZABETHTOWN – Quarterback Derrick Gilchrist ran for 2 touchdowns Thursday night to lead the Gators to a 34-0 victory over the Spartans in Bladen Recreation 7-9 Youth Tackle Football action at County Park.
Jalen Ballard and Malachi Rodgers raced into the end zone for 1 touchdown each for the Gators who remained undefeated at 3-0 in the league.
The Spartans, now 0-2, will battle the Tigers (0-1) Tuesday night, while the Gators have an open date.
