Touch of Beauty Salon & Hair Supply Store will have its Grand Opening on Thursday, April 4, starting at 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Crystal Moore, the salon’s owner, said, “My salon was located at 105 East Broad Street, beside the Scotchman, but it was destroyed by Hurricane Florence.”
She states, “I’ve been in business for fifteen years in Elizabethtown.”
Moore is a Licensed Cosmetologist, Instructor and a Certified Hair Loss Specialist.
Now, Moore is excited to be opening the new salon and hair supply store beside Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio in down town Elizabethtown.

There were plans for a ribbon cutting to celebrate her grand opening, but instead of a ribbon cutting she is offering a discount, according to Moore. A $10 off one service discount will be offered to all customers this Thursday, April 4, and Friday, April 5, 2019.
She said, “Walk-ins are welcome.”
Hours of the salon and hair supply store will be Monday 10 am until 3 pm. Tuesday through Friday, 9 until 6 and Saturday 9 am until 12 noon.

Not only is the new business a place to purchase hair supply needs, but hair stylists on site offer salon services.
Facials, massages, manicure and pedicures are also some of the services offered at Touch of Beauty.
