Chris and Mandy Butler with 6 B’s Produce announced they would host the second annual turkey shoot fundraiser again this year.
Chris said, “We are donating to the Elf fund this year, which is run by Ms. Debbie Heustess.”
Elf Angels use Families First, Bladen County Social Services, and other community-minded organizations to select families to help during the holidays and throughout the year.
According to Chris, shells are supplied for the turkey shoots. He added, “There are no competition chokes and no alcohol.”
The cost will differ depending on the pizes. The shoot price will vary from $5 to $20. Chris noted there would be a gun raffle.
The shoots will be held from 6 pm to 9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The events will start on November 4, and run every weekend until December 10.
