FORT MILL S.C. – March 14, 2019 – Sharonview Federal Credit Union, one of the
nation’s top 200 credit unions, announces the promotion of Ricky Otey to Executive
Vice President, an expansion of his existing role as Chief Operating Officer.

Throughout Otey’s four and a half years at Sharonview, he has demonstrated his ability to be highly strategic, passionate about service delivery, adept at creating a proactive and needs-based business model approach, and skilled at ensuring excellent execution.

In Otey’s expanded role, his responsibilities now include leading and influencing day-to-day operations, culture and strategic leadership of Sharonview. He will articulate company and member needs and plans to the Executive Leadership Team and to the Board of Directors. Additionally, he will have direct oversight and management of various lines of business, as well as be responsible for the delivery of member experience, growth of our core business and effective execution of Sharonview’s strategic plans and objectives.
