Thoughts While Shaving

Blueberry farmers most likely spent considerable time over the past few hours monitoring the weather….prepared to irrigate if necessary as they attempt to protect their crops.  A freeze warning was in effect.  The National Weather Service forecast temps in the mid 30s.  Trying times for the berry folks.

Other farmers are about ready to begin a new season.

Extended forecast appears to improve.  Sunny, with high temp in the low 70s today, low tonight around 50.  Monday’s forecast includes a 70% of rain, with highs in the low to mid 70s and windy.

Nationally, the focus is on the Mueller report.  Likely to dominate the news for sometime.

March Madness continues today.  UNC, Duke and Virginia continue play in the NCAA tournament.  And, NC State and Clemson continues play in the NIT tournament.

The Master’s Golf Tournament upcoming in a few weeks…one of the biggies in that sport.

And, a new baseball season begins shortly.  Preparation continues for the arrival of the Woodpeckers team in Fayetteville.

We tend to operate mostly on 12 month cycles, well some do.
