thoughts while shavingBest I can tell, our local weather station recorded between 5 and 6 inches of rain over the past few hours…

Hopefully, the rain is over, the storm has moved north and we should have sunny skies today, with a high near 60, and windy … Wind gusts as high as 23 mph today. Mostly cloudy tonight, then gradually becoming clear, with a low around 32 degrees.

Looking ahead, Tuesday, sunny with a high near 45 and wind gusts as high as 20 mph.

Wednesday, sunny, with a high near 49 and no mention of rain.

Christmas shopping should be back in full swing as the weather improves…

After a day of being homebound … back to the things that must be completed … some local rivers and creeks about as high as you will see anytime…

We have an interesting article about harvesting deer in Bladen, Brunswick and Columbus counties. Deer hunting season runs to January 1, 2024.

How about those Panthers? Carolina Panthers won their 2nd game of this NFL season, yesterday … Defeated Atlanta 9-7. Monday night game …
