Touch a Truck is an event that brings many different vehicles and vendors to one location to allow children and their families to get up close and personal with the vehicle and the person who operates them.
The event is scheduled June 19 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Bladen Community College. There is not an entry fee for the event.
At the Heart of Touch A Truck is the incredible assortment of vehicles to explore.
BCC will have tents and info tables set up during the event, where you can inquire about upcoming classes that will be offered. Along with a “Careers Summer Camp” registration table for parents to register their 3rd to 9th graders for camp July 19-22 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day.
After you have seen all the awesome vehicles, visit a food truck on your way out. BCC has limited seating and tables outside under the trees. So, if you enjoy a picnic with your family feel free to bring a blanket and sit under the beautiful shade trees.
