To all the residents, persons, and businesses within the Town of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, and to all departments of the Government of the municipality of Elizabethtown, North Carolina.
WHEREAS in response to the State of Emergency Imposing a Curfew issued on June 1, 2020, and amended on June 2, 2020, for the Town of Elizabethtown, the Town has determined that the curfew is no longer necessary. Therefore, the curfew will EXPIRE at 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2020, and the Proclamation for the State of Emergency declared terminated.
