Vineyard Golf at White Lake had a single-day record 171 rounds of golf played Sunday, April 2 at the popular course located on U.S. 701 between Elizabethtown and White Lake, according to club manager Amy Bailey.
Mark and Kathy Walters (pictured above) set the record with Kathy credited with round No. 171.
Bailey reminded golfers that several tournaments are planned in the coming months and the White Lake tourist season will soon begin.
“We will be extremely busy this season with the great condition of the course and it’s popularity,” Bailey said. “Our desire is to continue to offer a great golf course at a very affordable rate. Come see us … but please call first for that starting time.”
