West Bladen High School LogoWHITEVILLE- Whiteville remained unbeaten in Three Rivers Conference volleyball play Thursday night with a 3-0 victory over West Bladen by set scores of 25-12, 25-7 and 25-20.

Senior Raegan Davis led the Lady Knight attack with 6 kills, 6 service points, 2 aces, 2 solo blocks, 4 assists and a dig. Junior Lexie Corrothers hammered in 5 kills and an ace. Senior Caroline Davis contributed 4 digs and a kill.

Junior Mikayla Meadows knocked in 3 kills, 3 service points and a solo block. Alana King racked up 3 service points and a dig for the Lady Knights. Tatiana Hunt tallied 2 service points.

Junior Jordan Benson collected a service point, a kill and an assist. Senior Callie Lewis and sophmore Shelby Pharr slammed in one kill each.

Whiteville won the jayvee game 2-0 by set scores of 25-7 and 25-14.

“Neither the jayvees nor the varsity played well,” said Lady Knight Coach Gaye Davis. “Both teams were flat from the start. We will put that game behind us and move forward.”

West Bladen will travel to West Columbus Tuesday.
