Local musicians are busy this holiday season. 87&Pine with special guest Lane Ward are set to perform at the second oldest brewery in North Carolina, and the oldest Brewery in Fayetteville on Friday, December 17th.

87&Pine consists of Dane Goodwin on the guitar, Chris Howell on the drums, Dustin Varner playing bass, and Brent Underwood playing guitar and singing as the lead vocalist. The performance at Huske will be the group’s very last show in North Carolina for 2021.

The show starts at 7 pm with Lane Ward, a Bladen County solo musician, playing until 8 pm. 87&Pine will follow and entertain the crowd from 8:30 until 10 pm. “Huske Hardware House Restaurant and Brewery has been an icon for over two decades, but the building itself has an even richer 115-year-old history,” according to 87&Pine’s lead singer, Brent Underwood.

Underwood added, “We will be playing inside where it’s warm and the drinks are cold! The food is next level good and I highly recommend the beef tips!” Enjoying entertainment from local up-and-coming musicians is a great way to spend a Friday night.

Lastly, Underwood says, “We will be trying out some new original songs and covers to get ready for Nashville so come out and be one of the first people to hear songs that may one day be played on the Radio!”

Huske Hardware House is located at 405 Hay Street in Fayetteville.
