The non-profit dedicated to helping Bladen County animals sent an email saying, “Because of widespread power outage and flooding due to Hurricane Matthew, A Shelter Friend’s Low-income Spay/Neuter Clinic for October 12 has been cancelled.”
The next Spay Day will be held as scheduled on November 9th, 2016 according to the non-profit..
