Bladen County Library announces summer programs

Come to the library…Let’s make some slime. It’s icky, it’s gooey, it’s awesome, sublime!

We’ve found a great way to have a good time! To miss this event would be a real crime. Open to all ages, but not appropriate for children who will stick non-edible objects in their mouths.

Participants will have a chance to make 3 different slimes.

Registration is encouraged due to limited materials. Registration is recommended by calling 910-862-6990

Program: Let’s Build a Better World as Habitat Fixer Uppers!!

Thursday, August 10th, 6:30pm Main Library in Elizabethtown

Get inspired to be a “Fixer Upper” in your community with a visit from a salamander and other wetland friends from the NC Aquarium. Learn what a healthy wetland habitat needs and how to turn unhealthy wetlands back into healthy ones.

This program is most appropriate for school-age children and their families. Registration is recommended by calling 910-862-6990
