ELIZABETHTOWN – Carlos Flores scored the winning touchdown with 50 seconds remaining to give the Buffaloes a 7-0 victory over the Fighting Irish Thursday night in Bladen Recreation’s 10-12 tackle football league action.
Flores banged through the left side from 8 yards out for the touchdown, and Tommy Metz ran the conversion to put the Buffaloes ahead 7-0.
The 2 teams will play again Tuesday night.
