ELIZABETHTOWN – Bladen Recreation Department is offering a free clinic for all youth softball coaches on Saturday, March 9 from 9-11 a.m. at the King Street Gym.
Conducting the clinic will be Coach Robbie Wray and Coach Alexa Nemeth. Wray coached softball for 19 years at Middle Creek and Fuquay-Varina high schools. He is a 2022 N.C. Softball Coaches Hall of Fame inductee and a member of the N.C. Softball Coaches Board of Directors.
Nemeth is a former Division I pitcher and was a 2nd Team All-Colonial Athletic Association selection while playing at Elon. She also has international playing experience.
