BLADENBORO – Senior Walker Spell and junior Julian Najera scored 2 goals each to lead Clinton to a 10-1 victory over West Bladen in the Knights’ Southeastern Athletic Conference boys’ soccer opener.

Spell and junior David Paz dished out 2 assists each, and 6 other Dark Horses scored 1 goal each.

Sophomore Jonah Bryan fired in the Knight goal off an assist from sophomore Jonathan Ortiz-Hernandez in the 2nd half. Clinton led 6-0 at intermission.

Senior Oswaldo Gonzalez was credited with 3 saves and junior Cade Allen recorded 7 saves as they split time in goal for the Knights.

The Knights, now 2-10 overall, will travel to SAC-6 foe Midway Wednesday night.
