LAKE WACCAMAW – Sophomore Jordan Underwood fired in 2 goals Monday to lead West Bladen to a 3-2 Three Rivers Conference boys soccer victory over East Columbus.
“Our whole team played as one,” said Knight Coach Cesar Gonzalez. “Both of Jordan’s goals were helped by the team pushing and recovering the ball.”
Sophomore Christian Sandoval knocked in the other West Bladen goal off of a corner kick.
It was the Knights’ first win of the season, and they will travel to East Bladen Wednesday for their season finale.
