Elizabethtown’s Larrell Murchison is expected to make his debut with the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night against the Packers. The weather forecast for Green Bay calls for a 40% chance of snow with a low around 13 degrees. Bet Larrell will play sleeveless like most NFL players. I will be bundled up watching from home beside a space heater. ESPN has the broadcast at 8:15 p.m.

Can the Carolina Panthers keep winning? If they win their final four games, they are NFC South champion and will host a playoff game. Could win the division by winning three of four and beating Tampa Bay again. Who would have thought it after a 1-4 start?

A Carolina Hurricanes weekend puts a dent in attempting to watch every college football bowl game. The Hurricanes played Dallas on Saturday night, winning in overtime on a Martin Necas goal, and meet Pittsburgh this afternoon at PNC Arena. I’m there in Section 304, Row C. Thankfully, there’s streaming on-demand so maybe I’ll catch up on the bowl games … or get too bored to continue. Go Canes!
