On Saturday, September 16, the Dublin Peanut Festival is set to make history as it electrifies the heart of downtown Dublin, North Carolina. This extraordinary celebration guarantees an unparalleled experience, offering a delightful blend of entertainment, delicious delights, and jubilant festivities for all ages.

Prepare to immerse yourself in a captivating spectacle featuring a dazzling car show, live musical performances, a vibrant array of craft and food vendors, delectable boiled peanuts, thrilling rides, and so much more. The Festival will begin with a lively parade led by none other than Alayna Hester, a distinguished figure of Bladen County. This procession is scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m., kicking off the festivities in the heart of downtown Dublin, NC.

Motor enthusiasts are in for a treat at the car show, where more than 12 trophies and 50 plaques will be awarded to the standout vehicles in the competition. The vehicles will be lined up in front of Dublin Primary School for all to view.

Don’t miss the chance to grab an exclusive limited-edition festival t-shirt designed by the talented DeAnna Davis, a student from Dublin Primary. These souvenirs are available for just $12.00 each.

Singletary Church of Dublin, NC, has you covered with a delectable pancake breakfast for those seeking a hearty start to their festival adventure. From 7 am to 9 a.m. on Saturday, September 16, 2023, you can savor a mouthwatering meal —all for a donation-only price. Rev. Al Marshburn warmly invites you, saying, “You gotta eat that morning before you go to the Peanut Festival, so come on by.” Find them at 241 Third Street, Dublin, conveniently located near the Fire Department.

Festival organizers want to remind attendees, please do not bring your pets to the Festival because it is held on school property. Also no golf carts are allowed at the Festival.

Dublin Primary School is the host of the majority of the Festival, and the school is at 7048 Albert Street in Dublin, NC.
