The Town of Elizabethtown Zoning Board of Adjustment has scheduled a quasi-judicial public hearing on Jan. 18 at 7 p.m. for the purpose of considering a sign variance request from Presbytery of Coastal Carolina (variance case #202185).
All citizens wishing to present testimony and/or evidence for the variance request will need to sign-in prior to the meeting, according to board chairman Bobby Kinlaw.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting will be held in the Elizabethtown Municipal Building, 805 West Broad Street.
All people attending the meeting are asked to wear a face covering and to practice social distancing.
