JACKSONVILLE – Senior Heidi Rebollar’s 2nd goal of the game broke a 2-2 tie and lifted East Bladen to a 3-2 non-conference girls’ soccer victory over White Oak Monday night.
Coach Jay Raynor’s Lady Eagles improved to 13-2-2 with the victory and will host Union Wednesday. White Oak dropped to 2-15-3.
Rebollar knocked in the deciding goal in the 60th minute, and the Lady Eagles held on for the win. Rebollar’s 1st goal of the game came in the 30th minute and gave East Bladen a 2-0 lead at halftime. Junior Jackie Medina-Leal scored the game’s 1st goal for East Bladen in the 19th minute.
The Lady Vikings tied the game with 2 goals in the 1st 10 minutes of the 2nd half.
