WILMINGTON – Former West Bladen star John Bowen scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in UNC-Wilmington’s 116-66 non-conference basketball victory over St. Andrews Wednesday night.
The 6-7 senior also came up with 2 steals and had one assist in his 17 minutes on the floor.
Saturday night Bowen played 12 minutes and recorded one rebound and one steal in a 78-58 Seahawk loss to Mississippi.
UNCW, now 3-3, will travel to Norfolk State Friday for a 4 p.m. game.
