ELIZABETHTOWN – Darwin Garcia fired in 2 goals as West Bladen built a 3-0 halftime lead en route to a 3-2 Southeastern Athletic Conference jayvee boys soccer victory over East Bladen Wednesday.
Freshman Enrique Rodriguez-Gonzalez assisted on all 3 of the Knight goals. Freshman Jonathan Ortiz-Hernandez scored the other West Bladen goal.
Sophomore Marco Ventura and freshman Zach Sholar banged in 2nd half goals for the Eagles.
Coach Kristen Parker’s Knight jayvees improved to 5-3 on the season and will host Lumberton Monday.
