ELIZABETHTOWN – East Bladen grabbed early leads of 4-0, 8-5 and 14-7 en route to a 15-10 jayvee girls basketball victory over Whiteville in the Three Rivers Conference opener for both teams.
Sara Gargala led the East Bladen scoring with 4 points, and Shanell McMillian followed with 3 points. Four more of Coach Megan Kirby’s Lady Eagles tallied 2 points each.
