Kayla Thompson journeyed to Kingwood, Texas, this week to play in the Kingwood Island Golf Championship.
Kayla shot 83-80-72=235 in a week where not much went right the first two days of the tourney. Kayla put it all together to shoot an even par 72 in the final day Friday.
Unfortunately, she did not place in the money.
