NASHVILLE, TN – The Tennessee Titans have reported 8 cases of coronavirus that has interrupted their practice schedule and postponed Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Elizabethtown’s Larrell Murchison is a member of the Titans.

Three players have been added to the team’s reserve/COVID-19 list. They are defensive lineman DaQuan Jones, long snapper Beau Brinkley and practice squad tight end Tommy Hudson. Five other team personnel have also tested positive.

The Steelers-Titans game, originally scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m. ET, will be rescheduled to allow additional time for further daily COVID-19 testing and to ensure the health and safety of players, coaches and game day personnel,” said the National Football League in a statement. “Details on a new game date and time either on Monday or Tuesday will be announced as soon as possible.”

Meanwhile the team has been meeting remotely, following NFL protocols and players are being tested daily for COVID-19 according to Coach Mike Vrabel who conducted a video press conference Wednesday.
