East Bladen grad Lexi Dawson batted 2-3 in the second game of a double-header Tuesday as her St. Andrews Lady Knights swept Methodist 9-0 and 4-0 in their home-opening softball double-header.
Dawson drove in a run and scored a run as the Lady Knights evened their season record at 2-2. Dawson batted 1-2 in a 7-3 loss to Limestone Sunday in the second game of a double-header.
For the season Dawson is batting .600 with a .667 on-base percentage. With the glove she has handled 17 putouts at first base with no errors for a 1.000 fielding percentage.
St. Andrews will host Glenville State College Saturday in a double-header that starts at 1 p.m.
