WHITEVILLE– Jace Lesane fired in a pair of 2nd half goals Monday to snap a 1-1 tie and lift Bladenboro to a 3-1 victory over Williams Township in the Waccamaw Conference boys’ soccer season opener for both teams.
Bladenboro’s Ashton Bryan and Williams’ Nathan Edwards knocked in 1st half goals, before Lesane took charge and scored the deciding goals for the Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs will host Tar Heel Wednesday.
