WHITEVILLE – Williams Township clinched the Waccamaw Middle School Conference Class ‘A’ boys’ soccer championship Thursday with a 3-1 victory over Clarkton School of Discovery.
Daeshon Campbell fired in a 1st half goal for the Blue Devils, but the Aggies scored 2 goals to take a 2-1 halftime lead then tacked on another goal after halftime.
The Blue Devils completed their season with a 4-4 conference record and 5-5 overall record. Williams Township won the conference title with a 7-1 record.
