BLADENBORO – Harley Jordan threw in 10 1st half points to spark Bladenboro to leads of 14-1 and 22-2 en route to a 33-13 Waccamaw Middle School Conference ‘A’ Division girls’ basketball victory over Nakina Monday night.

Jordan pumped in 3 baskets in the opening period. Teammate Cheyenne Reinhart tossed in 2 baskets, and Hadley Dove sank 2 free throws and a basket. Jordan rang up 2 baskets in the 2nd quarter, and Karlee Gause and Dove netted a basket each.

Reinhart drilled in a 3-point shot and another basket in the 3rd quarter, then popped in 2 more baskets in the final period. Allison Hickman connected for the other Bladenboro basket.

Reinhart led all scorers with 13 points, and Jordan followed with 10 points. Dove contributed 6 points to the Lady Bulldog attack. Briana Price topped the Nakina scoring with 7 points.

Coach Otis Evans’ Lady Bulldogs improved to 4-2 in ‘A’ Division play and 7-2 overall.
