BLADENBORO – Allison Hickman pitched a no-hitter and struck out 7 batters to lead Bladenboro to a 16-0 Waccamaw Middle School Conference softball victory over Clarkton School of Discovery Monday.

Correction: Clarkton/Bladenboro Softball

Bladen Online’s report on the Clarkton School of Discovery/Bladenboro softball game omitted Nevaeh Brown’s 3rd inning single for Clarkton. Therefore, Allison Hickman pitched a 1-hitter instead of a no-hitter for Bladenboro.

Brenna Hester walked in the 1st inning and reached base on an error in the 3rd inning to account for the only Lady Blue Devil base-runners.
