CHAPEL HILL – The East Bladen Eagles received the No. 13 seed in the NCHSAA Class 1A football playoffs. The brackets were released Saturday, and East Bladen will host No. 20 seed North Edgecombe Friday at 7 p.m. Admission will be $8.
Coach Robby Priest’s Eagles finished regular season play in 3rd place in the Waccamaw Conference with a 4-2 record and were 5-5 overall. The Warriors completed the season with a 3-5 record in the Tar Roanoke 1A and a 3-7 overall mark.
