The 28th annual Old Fashion Planter’s Day has been canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic, officials announced Wednesday morning.
The event had been scheduled for March 27-28 in Garland. It celebrates farm life.
“We will plan on having a bigger and better event next year,” said Rebecca Faircloth, one of the event organizers.
