ELIZABETHTOWN – Senior Peyton Duncan pitched a 3-hitter and struck out 14 batters in 5 innings to lead unbeaten South Columbus to a 14-0 non-conference softball victory over East Bladen Wednesday night.
Junior Karli Priest, senior Mariah Smith and freshman Martha Simmons connected for 1 hit each for East Bladen.
The Lady Eagles, now 3-4, will travel to Whiteville Friday for a 6 p.m. game.
