Tonight…Showers likely before 2 a.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m., then a chance of more showers after 3 a.m. Cloudy, with a low around 61. Windy, with a north wind 23 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 43 mph. Chance of rain is 40%.
Saturday…A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 72. Breezy, with a west wind 17 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph and a 40% chance of rain.
Saturday Night, Mostly cloudy, with a high near 58 and windy, gusts as high as 18 mph.
Bottom line, call ahead if you plan to attend any outdoor activities over the next day or so.
The problem is created by a storm off the coast of the US.
College football Saturday and NFL action Sunday….weather could be better, later. The stormy weather is primarily along the coastline in the Carolinas and maybe further north….Plan accordingly.
