Received a call late Wednesday afternoon … about a vehicle … on the bridge over the Cape Fear River, on the site under construction … Obviously, a NO Parking area … Monitored Facebook, and in a short time was the story, relayed by folks in the area … Not sure of details … but apparently no longer there…
